      <title>Locked out of community</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was recently locked out of my community account, and the system would not let me reset the password. I had to create a new account to get in touch with a moderator. Is there any other way to do this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;That's probably the best thing to do.&amp;nbsp; That said, make sure that the email address on your community account matches the email address on you phone account.&amp;nbsp; Otherwise, you will not get any potential community rewards applied to your phone account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
