      <title>Serious help needed.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In January I attempted to activate a phone number, after being told the activation failed and my credit card was not charged it turned out my credit card was charged and I just found out this month that I activated three accounts with the same sim card. Public mobile refuses to refund my account for the three months I paid for as they said they would because I had unknowingly acyivated three accounts. I only have access to one account and I only have one phone number and one sim card. Is there any way to resolve this or did I just get scammed?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

As a non legacy customer, I did not have access to an agent.&amp;nbsp; I was given options to make changes to my existing account, similar to calling 611.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
