Are you cancelling service or porting out? If so, make sure autopay is turned off and contact the moderators about refunding to your credit card. I would *think* they should be able to do it for unused funds on the account but they’d be able to confirm.

My account displays that I have $100.00 in available funds. I do not plan on using the available funds and would like to transfer them back onto my credit card. How do I go along doing this?

Thank you.

This prepaid service does not offer any refunds. I don't think it is possible to transfer the funds back into a payment card. I can see exceptions for circumstances like a system error causing double charges. If the customer willfully topped up their account, it's money spent that is not going to be refunded.

Yeah, seems like a gray area with it being unused funds vs an unused plan portion. Worst case could try contacting the credit card company but they may not do a reversal if it’s not a fraudulent charge.

Sorry, there is no option to do this. The official policy is pretty much to use up the balance or lose it.
