      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you port in your number when you activated? If yes, seems like your porting is not complete yet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How about outgoing and other services like text or data?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
