Trying to port my in-laws number from Lucky Mobile, does anyone know if LM customers have an account #? I logged into their account and could only see their phone numbers, so I am guessing that is the account#?

You may need to ask Lucky Mobile for the account number to port out if you cannot find your account number from the self-serve account.

Never guess or there is a good chance of failure. Call Lucky and ask for the account number.
