      <description>&lt;P&gt;My account has been suspended for non payment ....I thought I was on auto-pay with my credit card. I tried to do a manual payment but it says that 'I have enough balance' ???? Please help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I am not set up for auto-pay any more please help me set that up again. Thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had 2 renewal errors when I started here. &amp;nbsp;1st renewal was a change from 30 day cycle to 90 day cycle. &amp;nbsp;2nd was from old $120 plan to Promo $120 plan in 2016.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has been fine ever since.... but I’ve also not made any plan changes either.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
