When your friend will activate his/her Sim card he/she will see the place to enter your phone number...if you do online you can have 25$ each of you.. before the 31 march..

Your friend will just need your public mobile phone number and when they activate a sim they will be asked if they were referred and that is where they will enter your phone number

Your friends must be potential new customers. They simply tell the activation system that you referred them by entering your phone number.
