Taxes are being added at the end. The charge on your credit card is right.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Mod probably wants to be able to actually pull up the account and visually confirm the billing before giving an answer. I’d have done the same in my telecom customer service days. Even if the simple answer is likely the correct one. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
