      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unfortunatily the MOD team takes long time to answer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been waiting for 5 hours for PUK for a new SIM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not the best experience for a new PM user &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have no cell phone now for the past five hours &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
