      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just want to post the resolution here for anyone who may find it helpful in the future.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My Koodo Post-paid account was previously a PC mobile Post-paid account, which was migrated to Koodo when PC ended their post-paid service in 2018. Apparent the account was hosted on platform similar to Koodo Prepaid, hence porting could not be done in Self-Service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If anyone encounters the same problem and the porting source has a PC Mobile postpaid history, please contact Mod Team &lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt; and provide the following info for them to process the port manually:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Your PM phone number and security pin&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Your Koodo phone number, account number, account holder name.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
