Go to https://activate.publicmobile.ca/ and set up a new account. You will be given the option to select a new phone number. Be sure to say that someone referred you and use that person's phone number to receive a $25 bonus for being refered. During the process, you will be also be able to choose the plan that you want.

need to activate the sim card and register your phone with pm by providing your current phone carrier info which can be found here what you need to get phone number
