Sending text messages error

Hello

I'm trying to send a group text using my blackberry keyone, but I keep getting the error

"Message not sent : service not activated on network"

Does anybody know what that means or have a solution to this? Sending a text to a single person works

Group texting is enabled with Public Mobile. Check your texting app settings and see if group texting is enabled.

Thank you for the reply. Do you know where or how I can do so. I have an android os but I can't find any setting regarding text messages

Oh, it's an Android os. Try using Android Messages app. In settings you will see group texting options. See if that works.
