Referral Reward Not Showing Up After Account Reactivation

Hi,

I previously had a referral bonus showing on my account which is no longer there. In December I lost my phone so I put my account on hold. After I recently turning the account hold off, I saw that the referral bonus was not showing up. Why is that?

You'll want to contact the @CS_Agent in a private message to ask them to look into it. It could be a bug in the system the cleared your account when it was put on hold.

Just an update that there was indeed a technical issue and there should have been a referral credit on file. I've been told the issue should be resolved within the next 10 days.

For the future, if you've put your account on hold for some reason and reactivate it to see your referral bonus disappear, contact the mods and they can help you out.

Edit: If you don't remember your pin#, give the following information instead:

- your account #

- complete address listed on account

- date of birth

- last payment date
