Please help lost account number

I am unable find my account number. I don’t know what email was use. I only remember my pin and still have my cell phone number. Can someone help how to find the account number associated with my mobile number?

You have to so like above and ask the moderators which email addresss it is. Then you can reset the password yo get in. Account number will shown inside self serve. Are you trying to get the account number because you are going to port out?

@Nhung7116 Are you able to log into self serve here? If not, do you remember your e-mail address? If you do go here to reset your password. Once you get into self serve, your account number is displayed

I tried to create another account with the phone number. It says already have account created. And send me to log in page.

Yes I try that . The response I get is :

The phone number entered is invalid or you may have created your profile already. If you've forgotten your password, please click...here etc

Check all the email addresses you know. If you keep emails forever like I do then you should find one from Public Mobile and that's the email address you used.

Yes exactly!! I am trying to port this number out . And no phone companies are able to retrieve this account, 😞 they keep asking me to contact public mobile but it’s hard reaching out with this company. I’m so thankful you guys reply to my post ☺️

The problem is the sale person uses some random email to set up this account. I usually call to top off the phone. And yes u do keep all my emails and passwords ☺️

I have several email services. If you do too then check them all from around the time you signed up. You should have a welcome email that has your account number embedded. I kinda doubt a store would just use any random email address due to it being the primary account access method. Unless you were standing beside them as they activated and you said you didn't care to use a proper email address.

That’s exactly what happen🤦🏻‍♀️ I didn’t think this number was so important and now I can’t even port it out. The sales guy not sure what email he use but I was just taught how to top off for more minutes. The moderators aren’t replying either. 😭

Don't give up ..the moderator will answer your request...soon.... waiting time is few hours to 2 days...

It's not all that important...just that now you need it to leave.

These sales guys should really stand there looking at you when you're saying never mind and insist on some form of real email address. I know... privacy, data collection, none of your business etc...so just give out some anonymous email address that is for real. I have several.

Too late for you now but that's what I do.
