I bought a l g4 off someone and it keeps asking me for a network sim pin number, how do I find it ? I really would like to use my new phone

@Praza1Are you sure the phone is unlocked?

can you to ask a friend to pop in a roger/fido or bell/virgin sim? even stop by a kiosk and ask?

Yeah I agree, it sounds like the phone is locked to another provider.

Network pin or NCK is an unlock code that is used to make it so that the phone will accept sim cards from other carriers than the original. I would not suggest guessing at such codes. You will not be able to correctly guess an 8 or 16 digit unlock code. In addition, if you guess incorrectly more than a few times, your phone will be permanently locked to the old provider.
