      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I'm still trying to figure out this whole self serve system and I accidentally paid for a next month's service when I meant to get an add-on. I seemed to have figure out the add-on part for roaming but have paid too much now and won't need the plan for the next month. Can someone tell me how to reverse an advanced payment or get a refund?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
