Did you try the button FORGET MY PASSWORD? If yes you need to write a message to the moderator here...https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437 and explain what happened. The waiting time is few hours to 2 days.

Make sure you're using the correct email (The one you signed up with on the account).

This happens if you type in password wrong a few times. If you know password is right, could be typing it wrong. Wait 1 hour and try again.
