      <title>CC payment will not process, whatsoever</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I need to get an add-on enabled stat and add available funds to my account. My auto-pay is not due yet, but when I try to make a one-time payment, I keep getting refused with the following message:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;PRE&gt;Unable to process this transaction. 
Sorry, we are unable to verify your credit card information, so this transaction could not be completed. Your credit card has not been charged.&lt;/PRE&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have not tried a different card, but have double checked with my bank that there are no issues in standing or payment with this card. This is the same card I have used for over a year with Autopay with no problems. I have to wonder if my account might get shutdown on the autopay date.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, my CC address should be matching my profile address (I updated both several times).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, I have tried in differnet browsers and private browsing modes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The result is the same every time. What is going on!?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's not the answer but as a stopgap measure you could buy a voucher and use that to pay.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also after several times the portal will block your cards usage so only mods can fix.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also double check recent transactions tomorrow just incase you were charged.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
