I cant phone local and no mods will answer my pms. ive been waiting 24 hrs for a response zero nothing

As Mary's mention didn't go through, I've mentioned you to show you she's responded here with an official response regarding your situation.

While many of us understand how it feels to be without service when you've paid for a service, please understand that the moderator team is doing their best to get through all of the support tickets. As it is a first come first serve basis, and there is likely a backlog from yesterday, it may take a little bit longer than anticipated.

Making multiple threads and posting about your issue over and over after already having sent multiple PMs is in contravention to PM's community guidelines which could potentially negatively affect your standing in the community or in extreme cases, your access to the forums. Patience is key when attempting to get support, as the newer tickets you make likely won't be seen to until those before it (which include your original) are handled.

I would bet that when this issue is finally resolved you will be compensated for your time without service, so just bide with our stalwart team of moderators while they work through their backlog. Until your issue is resolved, I would recommend using a VOIP program such as Google Call or one of many apps on your app store.

I have a cell phone to use as a cell phone otherwise i would use one of your suggestion always!!!!
