      <description>&lt;P&gt;yesterday, I can only call out, but can not receive call in due to activation not successfully done. Public Mobile guy told my reactivated my former Freedom AC#. Now it is reactivated, Can you PublicMobile guys finish activation for me?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If the option isn"t available because of a failed previous attempt, please contact moderators as suggested earlier.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
