    <description>&lt;P&gt;I&amp;nbsp;still have ~10.5GB left in the Usage. My next bill is Feb2nd 2018 and is in autopay mode.&amp;nbsp;Why doesnt my data work? I am so frustated to be without data for the past 10 days. I am paying for a service which I am not using.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also I am not able to reach a customer care support to speak to them.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/39130"&gt;@jneilnelson&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; not sure what you mean by you still have 10gb left.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have used up all your plan data (which is what I understood)&amp;nbsp; then you can buy a $30/1gb addon or you can top up your account and ask the&amp;nbsp; mods to renew your plan early.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;being the 40$ promo plan renewing early is probably the best option, other than going without data...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
