Trying to send a private message to a mod about my number not being available suddenly. Any advice?

Is this a new phone number you are trying to create or an existing number?

It was our previous number.

Was called (on another line) by someone from Telus who left a message telling us that the new number was deemed no longer available and to leave a private message on this board to the Mod. Being that I am very new here, I’m lost on how to properly do this.

You can send the moderators a private message here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

Send them a message with detailed discription of your concern. It could take up to 48 hours for a reply (usually less) so please be patient.

I also found out out that if I scroll down the home page of this forum, it shows which Mods are online and I can message them by clicking their name.

That's not the way to do it...the best is to write a message to the moderator TEAM and not personally...
