Didn’t get refer a friend reward, pls help

I referred to a friend and she actiaved SIM cards. I did put my number as Referral. But i haven’t receive any message about the Refer A friend reward, also not showing it on my account. I thought it’s going to be shown next time when I make payment. But it’s been more than 3 months, there still no reward a friend reward on my account, and I’ve paid same amount as before this time.
Please help, Thanks!
