I have no problem receiving normal international SMS including log in banking codes from Europe however not receiving a banking code SMS from New Zealand?

Not sure what to say here. Given that international text seems to work at least from version locations, is it possible that the problem is the other end?

That's very probable however their not willing to acknowledge that, just thought I'd check on here for any other possible solution at this end, Thanks

Short code sms messages are supported by Public Mobile, but looks like, not from all sources.

Might want to private message a moderator to see if anything else can be done.

PM will only accept short code messages within Canada (That is, registered on https://txt.ca). I'm sure the European ones use a proper long phone number to send SMS. If the New Zealand ones only use short code, then you're out of luck.
