I have no way of verifying this but since *611 is communication with the provider and is not counted as talk you should be able to connect to the menue.

Be aware that you need a talk base plan if you intend to add a talk add-on.

if someone have data only plan can also verfy if hi can call 611

I don't think PM has *611 support service. They may have it when you are roaming in the States but that's it. That's why we have this community to deal with issues, not 611

i am talking about 611 self serve by daling 611 and enter the 4 digit pin,
