      <title>Phone plan</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My hubby is trying to change his phone plan. But when he tries to log into his account it shows the email doesn't exist. Then he tried to make new account and it says one already exists with his number. So he can't get in to his account to do anything.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
