To ensure short code works for you: Try texting "DEALS" to 25252 (PetSmart), then text "STOP" to stop. If responds, it works. If send failed or didn't respond, it doesn't. Get a mod.

Disclaimer: I don't even have a pet. I have a collection of most short codes so I know which ones work
