Missed autopay affects rewards?

Hi, I'm strapped for cash this month and am probably going to be late on my auto payment. I understand that I'll be able to keep my current plan when I do pay, but I just got the 1 year loyalty reward and I was wondering if a missed payment will affect this?

Hi @mikasik,

No, being late or missing the payment on the due date of your account will not affect your 1 year loyalty rewards.

No, missing your payment will not affect the 1-yr loyalty reward that you've earned. However, keep in mind that your tenure time towards further loyalty rewards accumulates as long as your account remains active. Missing a payment by a short time shouldn't be a problem, as long as it doesn't repeat and/or accumulate to more than 60 days total in a year. If you are in an expired or suspended state for more than 60 days of the year, your Loyalty Reward will be delayed by the amount of days you were in an expired or suspend state.
