My sister has self serve but she is not able to get into it. She has forgotten the password and doesn't remember security questions or answers to them. She has emailed you before about this. She needs to reset the password. Can you send answer to how to reset the password on selfserve. She needs to go on to it soon.

@Saira, as mentioned, saving or tracking sites with multiple passwords is a good idea.

If you or your sister, or anyone else for that matter, don't already have a password tracking app, I'd suggest LastPass. I've been using it for many years now, just the free version.

Works on iOS, macOS, Android, Windows, and has a website interface also.

This type of software is recommended highly in this day.
