In the future, start your own thread under the appropriate category and it will get the exposure and answer to your questions you're looking for.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sometimes there can be issues with the self-serve portal when using particular web browsers.&amp;nbsp; Try Chrome in Incognito mode and see if that works.&amp;nbsp; Also ensure that the address on the CC is exactly the same as your account - another known problem.&amp;nbsp; If you have an apartment/in nit number, try leaving it out - you may have to try a couple things to see if it goes through.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also pay attention to your credit card account and ensure you're not being charged multiple times while the self-serve page says rejected.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If all this fails, you should get in contact with the moderator team.&amp;nbsp; Use the following link: &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/22437"&gt;@CS_Agent&lt;/a&gt;, and hit private message down the page.&amp;nbsp; Include your name, account number and a brief explanation of the issue and they'll be able to sort you out.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/38539"&gt;@Paul2000&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;someone had a similar issue yesterday, they said the solution was to ensure the profile and credit card profile addresses needed to be the same.&amp;nbsp; Not sure if that will help you, but it is worth a check.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
