      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just activated my account and ported my number over from my old provider. I'm able to send texts and make calls just fine but I can't receive anything at all.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I ported my number over from Virgin Mobile a few days ago. It just takes a little bit of time. My telephone line was the last thing to port over. It's pretty normal. If it's still not working tonight, try private messaging a mod. Good luck!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
