      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good Day- I changed my plan and paid for the changed plan. The funds were taken from my bank and according to this website my account and the new plan are active. When I try and use my phone I am told that my service has expired and I have no active plan on my account. I have already tried to reset my phone- and I have tried to contact support both through leaving a message here and through the phone. One hasn't&amp;nbsp;responded and the other was "unable" to help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
