      <title>plan change charged twice</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello today was the first day of a 3 month plan and I decided to go with a different plan so I changed it and I was charged for the full amount and not the diffence between the 2 plans just wondering how to get my money back for the first plan that was less then 10 hours into a 3 month plan?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
