      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried to activate an account the other day and right at the end, it failed with a system error and told me to try again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The system did not setup my account at all, so I can't log in to see anything.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Today the SIM card is being called Invalid when i try it in the setup page.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It worked the other day and the SIM card was VALID.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; TOM...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/77884"&gt;@Mr_Lemon&lt;/a&gt;, sometimes activation failures do not progress far enough to allow a second attempt using the same SIM card.&amp;nbsp; I suspect in your case, you had progressed far enough that the SIM has already been registered in the system and therefore cannot be registered a second time.&amp;nbsp; You should take a look at your credit card account.&amp;nbsp; There is a chance you also made a payment.&amp;nbsp; In any event, you will need to contact the moderator team for assistance.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The moderator team can be reached via private message using this &lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;link&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp; Please include a detailed description of the issue and the required resolution.
