      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello gang! This is my first post in the public mobile forums. Figured I would give it a shot.. I'm having an issue where I need to go with a lower tier plan this month just to save a couple bucks. But I'm finding that there is no option to pick a new plan even with a positive balance on my account. Am I missing something? My service is currently 'suspended' but ive got enough to cover a cheaper plan.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Messaged mod team a couple hours ago and still no reply.. I assume it's a busy time of year.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your help in advance.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
