When did you sign up or port your number?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is today your plan renewal date?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What phone are you using? Have you rebooted it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Where are you located? Do other people around you that are with Telus, Bell or their subsidaries have the same problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Been a customer for a while now&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; not renewal date&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I'm north of Toronto about 2 hours.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Did reboot and sim pull&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Still no service&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/18681"&gt;@fftljoe&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;sorry to hear about your trouble.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you getting PM signal but no service or no signal at all?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please try your sim in another unlocked phone or another Telus or koodo phone to see if you get service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or if the phone that you are using is unlocked, try someone else's sim in your phone to see if you get service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or try airplane mode on and off a couple of times.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
