topic Private Messages in Get Support

On my iPad dealing with an account issue that requires Private Messages. I can only see a part of the message I sent and the reply I received. Please advise how I can expand the message so that I can read it all.

Click on the subject line.

@Whisper don't feel bad, I've been in this community since 2015 and have read and sent many dozens of private messages, yet nearly half of the time I click on the sender's name instead of the subject line and end up on their user profile. It's not very clear that you can click the subject line unless you discover it by hovering over it and notice your cursor changing.
