      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I didn't relalize my account was set up for Auto payment and purchased a new plan for a month. later on i saw the charge in my credit card for the 3 months plan i used to have. Can i have the money returned as stored credit?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rumy&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;While trying to set up 2 accounts I changed the plan options to plans with more data and was charged for 4 plans on 2 phones without any warning that a change of plan options would result in a new plan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Will accept a credit for those charges.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
