    <description>&lt;P&gt;I went through all the activation steps properly but my SIM card didn't activate. Where/what would I do to retry that? I retried on the activation page but it wouldn't let me because I already hav an account now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes my phone is compatible and unlocked. Yes I reset everything multiple times. I tried the lost/found thing and made sure my account was paid up. I also tried the SIM on another (unlocked/compatible) phone but it didn't work so I think it's a problem with the SIM itself not beig activated?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sounds like the only option now is to reach out to the moderators for their assistance. Give them as much discription of you issue as you can.
