You will need to sign-in tot he 'My Account' section to see your payment history transactions.

It can take up to 72 hours for credits to appear in your account.

@Reon in addition to the above, did you active your SIM card yourself online, or did you do it at a retail location (like Walmart, WoW Mobile, etc)? If you did it online and included the phone number of the person that referred you on the first page of the activation process, then it should show up on your account within 72 hours. I did this on Sunday night and it was in my account by yesterday morning.

@Reon If you activation in store you have only 10$, if you did online yourself and no 25$ in your available fund,you can write a message to the moderator and explain what happened.waiting time is few hours to 2 days.
