How do I contact PM staff?

On the bottom there is no "email away" button. And where can I find a way to email PM about an account issue?? It used to be under contact us but now I have to go through a maze of clicks to contact someone in customer service.

In your message please include:

* PM account email address

* PM phone number

* Detailed explanation

Community Moderators are available from Mon-Thursday 9am(Eastern) to 9pm(Eastern) and Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9am(Eastern) to 7:30pm(Eastern)

@4389341025, I suggest using a different user name for the community forum. Using your phone number could cause privacy issues.

Great this works for me. Sometimes you do need to contact someone who works at PM about your account
