      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is this a renewal date related issue possibly? &amp;nbsp;*IF* you are on a 3G speed plan, there have been reports of the data not renewing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any problems like this usually result in requiring assistance from the&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/22437"&gt;@CS_Agent&lt;/a&gt;. &amp;nbsp;You can send them information for your account(s) via a private message (look for the envelop icon near the top right corner). &amp;nbsp;Typically include account number if you have it, phone number, and PIN.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
