    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I inputted the exact APN setting values and names... but nothing happens. I ensured that the new APN is being used (it is my only APN available). I then turn my data on, try sending a picture message... but nothing happens. I am still not connected to any data network. I also tried downloading the app suggested, but it didn't really offer anything new compared to the steps alredy provided.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, what now?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just joined Public Mobile. I have data in my plan - my data is turned "on", but I am not actually connected to any data (for example, YouTube does not load). I have a Sony Xperia XA.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Everything else is functioning fine - calls, text, wifi, etc. Just no data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
