      <title>Cannot change plan</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Trying to pay for a month of service early as I have run out of data. I have tried 6 times to change plan and it says it goes through but my balance stays the same and my plan does not renew? WHAT IS GOING ON?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
