      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm from Canada and&amp;nbsp;I bought a new SIM Card today and now I tried to do a call into the usa, but then it says "8uv2 your call cannot be completed as dialed". I booked the add for long distance and international calls but it wouldnt work... has anyone got an idea what to do?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Greetings&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
