      <description>&lt;P&gt;My phone can not call or receive any call since I paid last month Feb22. I can text message when it has WIFI, it waste me whole month money and can not use my phone at all. when there is no wifi and it can not talk, really bad&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Make sure your phone is not in Airplane or Do Not Disturb mode, and try clearing your phones cache and restart it.</description>
