    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/77416"&gt;@bgWillis&lt;/a&gt;If you are currently in Quebec there has been service outages there for the last day.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you are not in Quebec, check your phone on &lt;A href="https://willmyphonework.net/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://willmyphonework.net/&lt;/A&gt; and make sure it's compatible with Public Mobile. Then try going into your account, report your phone as lost/stolen, log out, wait 5 minutes, log in and report it found, then restart your phone. If it's still not working try the SIM in another phone and see if it works.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yesterday I got my SIM card, I followed all the instructions. The only hiccup being I registered the SIM and set up an account before actually getting my phone unlocked from Telus. I tried resetting my network settings, doing a factory reset, restarting the phone after everything but it's still saying no service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there anything else I can try?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I checked if it was compatible before even getting tge SIM card.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried the lost phone thing just now and it didn’t work. I also tried the SIM in a different phone and there was still no service&lt;/P&gt;</description>
