    <description>&lt;P&gt;So my account just renewed and I also just changed my plan to for more data and after topping up the funds on my account, I have no service (Data or Cellular). My account is showing as active with no balance owing. Is it normal to take a little time for a change to take effect or is something going on. I have mad no changes to my APN settings and have been with PM for a year+.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If your service was working before, it may be a phone issue rather than a PM issue.&amp;nbsp; Try rebooting your phone and seeing if that helps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you tried power cycling your phone?&amp;nbsp; This is sometimes required to get things properly setup.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
