      <description>&lt;P&gt;i tried to port my PM number to bell on sunday and the port has not gone through as of yet. Bell has told me that the number is inactive and&amp;nbsp;thet are&amp;nbsp;not able to activate&amp;nbsp;it as it is not there number.&amp;nbsp;When they had tried to port the number over it cancelled my phone services right away and i have not been able to access my PM account nor i have not been able to use my phone. i need some help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/37804"&gt;@Smattina93&lt;/a&gt;, as suggested, contact the moderator team.&amp;nbsp; Ask them to switch your plan to the cheapest available (text only, 30 days) to facilitate the port.&amp;nbsp; Since there are no refunds, you don't want to buy an expensive plan.&amp;nbsp; Customers cannot perform plan changes when the account is not active.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have contacted the moderator team now I have to see if that can do that.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They replied saying it's a bell issue and to contact the bell porting department to fix it. I have and bell can't port over BC the number in inactive. So hopefully they can reactivate my account with my number so they can transfer over&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
