    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/37827"&gt;@jjames46&lt;/a&gt;, you could have futured dated the promo to take place on the next renewal.&amp;nbsp; That would have avoided the having the old plan being replaced with the new one right away.&amp;nbsp; Technically, that is what happened and you were not "charged twice".&amp;nbsp; You bought a plan and then decided to buy another right away.&amp;nbsp; As already noted, this service does not offer refunds and so you simply lose the first plan that was purchased.&amp;nbsp; The moderator team is very fair with these types of misunderstandings and so they will very likely put a credit into the account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Given that PM is prepaid, there are generally no refunds of your service.&amp;nbsp; That being said, you should contact the&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/22437"&gt;@CS_Agent&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;to see if they can help you out, given that you changed your plan only a day after your renewal date.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
